How to take your measurements for lingerie

To find the perfect size for your lingerie (bra, panties, bodysuit), it's essential to take your measurements correctly. Use a soft tape measure, stand straight, and don't over-tighten your measurements.

Chest circumference: Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, without squeezing too tightly.
Underbust measurement: Measure just under the bust, where the bra elastic sits. This is essential for determining the band size (e.g. 80, 85, 90).
Cup size: The difference between the bust measurement (measured at the breast) and the underbust measurement (measured just below the breast) determines the cup size (A, B, C, etc.).
Waist: Measure at the smallest part of your waist, often above your belly button.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, without making the tape too tight.
